Booking your Event with us

The Palo Alto Elks Lodge offers a wide range of benefits for Corporations, Schools, Leisure Groups, or Individuals who book their events with us. Our hospitality includes a large room that can be set up to suit your needs, smaller areas for smaller events, and a rustic picnic grove.

Our large Ballroom can be set up for many tables or rows of chairs for presentations, or used as a dance floor. This room offers a stage for entertainment, a pull-down screen upon which presentations or films may be projected. Adjacent to the Ballroom is a smaller dining area that can be used in conjunction with the Ballroom. The smaller dining area features a full-service bar.

Our Lanai area is perfect for the smaller party and offers a full wall of windows that overlook the Lodge's outdoor swimming pool. Outside these windows is an area that can be set up with patio seating for those who would like an indoor-outdoor arrangement. A small bar is available for use in the Lanai.

Our Picnic Grove can be set up for small intimate parties as well as for larger gatherings. The Picnic Grove features old-growth trees and arbors that provide shaded eating areas, a large barbecue area for cooking for those large crowds, smaller barbecues located close to the seating areas, horseshoe and bocce ball play areas, a large raised gazebo suitable for bands or other entertainment, and a small bar can be arranged. Electricity and running water provided.

Our Lodge's Events Manager will work closely with you to plan the setup of your event and provide the right food service through our list of local caterers.
